i’ve started doing the call me maybe squat challenge whenever i brush my teeth. i’ve seen the video so many times that i can just hum the song and i’ll remember all the squat intervals. and it makes me brush my teeth more thoroughly. win win.
today i headed to the gym and got in my 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the bike. i find that i sweat so much more on the bike. like my shirt is soaked and my stomach is freezing. such a great feeling though!
when i got home i did the pop pilates bikini booty thong workout and the what makes you bootyful challenge. then i watched a ton of ryan lochte interviews while doing inner thigh lifts. he is so adorable i didn’t even notice the burning in my thighs hahah
heading to the nike outlet tomorrow and then working out in my new clothes!
